My AC is running as good as the day it was installed
I've lived here for 18 years and have watched our little town struggle through one heck of a growth spurt. I had Lantz install a complete 5-ton HVAC system 7 years ago that has performed very well until a high voltage wire last year fell on a hot freon line and caused fatal damage to the compressor. It was covered under warranty but at the time I thought I would give a guy that was recommended on the local community board a chance since he was certified with the brand. In 1 year, another fatal failure of the compressor, so back to calling Lantz. The job that these guys did is phenomenal. Eduardo covered ALL the bases and discovered that my lines were loaded with metal shavings from the failure last year, which the guy last year totally ignored, leading to another failure this year. Very impressed with the support from other AC techs (with Lantz) that dropped by to see if Eduardo needed any assistance. Just a bunch of really great techs and the cost was not only competitive but the MOST competitive compared to the multiple quotes I received last year. I learned my lesson from last year and will stick to Lantz moving forward! Thanks Lantz and Eduardo, my AC is running as good as the day it was installed 7 years ago!

We've used Lantz's for the first time recently, actually two times in the past month—once for HVAC and once for plumbing. Both times, the customer service was fantastic and the technicians were professional, courteous, timely, and effective.
I've been especially pleased with the turnaround time and great communication from start to finish. Booking online is simple, the return call is quick, and the arrival of the technicians is as promised and with updated communication throughout the experience.
From start to finish on both occasions, the customer service has been top-notch and the solutions to the problems have been addressed with professionalism and fair pricing.
I hope we don't need their services a third time anytime soon, but if we do, I know I won't hesitate to book an appointment and trust that we'll receive the same stellar service we've received so far.
