I recently had the pleasure of working with Zachary from Lantz Home Services, and I can’t recommend him enough! Over the weekend, my rental property suddenly had no water, and Lantz Home Services was quick to respond and updated me that I was third on the list. Once Zachary was finished his previous job, he called me beforehand, listened to what had happened, and was able to pretty much diagnose the issue before even seeing it in person — which already told me he knew his stuff. When he arrived at the property, he gave me a call right away since I wasn’t on site. He explained exactly what was wrong, provided upfront pricing, and even offered to give me a quote for replacing two hose bibs while he was there. His communication was top-notch from start to finish. Zachary completed the work quickly and professionally, replaced the property owner's shut-off valve, and installed two new hose bibs. He took the extra step to send me photos of the repairs so I could see the quality of the work. Everything was done neatly, per code, and tested before he left. What really stood out was his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care in making sure everything was done right. Lantz Home Services as a whole also impressed me — they were responsive, organized, and clearly have skilled tradespeople like Zachary representing their company. I had work previously done with them with my grinder pump, I believe I had Eduardo, and they were also very thorough with that and even sent me video of the grinder pump alarm working with the alarm sounding off. If you’re looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient, I highly recommend Zachary and Eduardo at Lantz Home Services. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking inside the wall. Wes showed up later than the window I was given, however I do understand that things can get thrown off kilter for whatever reason. Wes didn’t have the type of faucet needed and he was going to have to chip out the masonry and rock to access the inside to definitely know what happened. So he gave me an estimate of $744 ($69 service charge plus $675 unique quote) BUT he will NOT repair the rock and masonry removed. He would come back the next day. I agreed and found out the next day that a plumber charges $175 an hour!!! Day one he was here 40 minutes! Day two he was here 1 hour 50 minutes with the faucet and Jack hammer. Round up to 3 total hours and that comes to $525? So the parts and knocking out wall must be $150? I can’t believe that I was charged a service fee since he did the repair, but what am I gonna do? Wes was a professional and nice guy. PS-THE MASONRY REPAIR COST ME ANOTHER $312! UGH. Also ridiculous!!! Owner replied they would contact me Monday, but here it is Tuesday and I have not heard from them? Update: 10 days after owner responded…he NEVER CONTACTED ME! UPDATE: I’m very happy to report that Jacob DID call me to discuss! There was miscommunication/lack of communication on their end with new guy. Jacob wanted to give me a full refund, but I said NO. I don’t want to stiff them anymore than I want them to stiff me!!! I insisted on paying half which he accepted. The company has 5 star reviews which is why I picked them. This company really relies on the reviews and he wanted to make things right. Thank you very much Jacob. I appreciate you and your company. I will definitely use them again.

12/15/23. I had an issue with a toilet that would not flush a few days ago. Lantz's sent out Willie K. to diagnose & repair. We replaced the old toilet but this did not work. Willie promised me at that point that he was going to figure it out & get it fixed. He got his boss Mark M. involved. Willie returned for numerous days, checking the plumbing with a camera amongst other things. He worked on it repeatedly for several days & he finally replaced the toilet again with a different type & solved the problem. He worked his butt off, & between him & Mark M., problem solved with only minimal cost to me. Once again, hell of a job by Lantz's as always. Most plumbers would have just given up. Not these guys!!! Just can't say enough good things about these guys. I have used Lantz's several times for plumbing & AC. Great results every time. Way to go guys!!!! Thanks again!!! Steve Fox Monday 3/4/24. Had an issue with a propane leak on my spa heater. Mark M. came out & repaired the leak. Quality job & workmanship as always from Lantz's as always. Great company & great people. Steve Fox Thursday. 3/7/24. Yet another propane leak. This one was where the propane service entered the house. Called Lantz's and they sent Marcus L. out to fix the problem. He took care of the problem right away. As always, just another great experience with Lantz's. Just great service & great people. Steve Fox Tuesday. 7/9/24 Woke up this morning & my hot water recirculating pump wasn’t working. Called Brittany M. at Lantz's. She dispatched technician Toby right away. When he arrived, he checked the pump & it was dead. He called his boss Mark M. who went to the warehouse & picked one up & brought it to Toby. He installed the new pump & everything is working great. As usual, just another fine job by Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing. These folks are as good as it gets. Very courteous, professional & well trained. When they are finished, they do a great cleanup & a final check of all the work. Great job guys!! Thanks Steve Fox Wednesday 7/10/24 Had an issue with my hot water heaters. Both op valves were leaking. Called Lantz's & they dispatched Marcus L. to my house. He replaced both valves. Problem solved. Once again a great experience with Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing & AC.
