Simply ingenious and a permanent fix
My A/C, without any emergency catch for in-house water overflow when drainage clogged, was a major issue and concern. Water was everywhere and by design our A/C could not have a water pan underneath it. Lantz Plumbing’s Eduardo D. quickly assessed and after discussion installed a pump inside A/C closet that instantly catches any overflow and pumps out of my home immediately, when needed. Simply ingenious and a PERMANENT fix to our problem, though expected pump replacement after years is expected. The pump adds a nice value to our home and nobody—wife, kids, me, perhaps a new owner—will ever have to have this problem of water everywhere again. This company is one of those rare gems that answers the phone when you call and treats total strangers like family. I called on a Friday evening with a grinder pump emergency and Mark M. talked me through how to fix it temporarily (so we could use the toilets that night) and then he came the next day and fixed it promptly. I was so impressed with Lantz's (and Mark) that I bought an annual maintenance contract for my whole house plumbing and A/C (a great value for the money and peace of mind in my opinion).
