- Inspect the panel for any kind of heat, blown breakers, etc.
- Inspect all outlets, plates, and switches

- Inspect the ground fault interrupter
- Inspect grounding for cold water and gas bond.

Membership Details
Yearly Plumbing Inspection
This inspection covers all sinks, tubs, showers, drains, water lines, angle stops, washer box, toilets, water heater, and hose bibs. We will inspect all items for leaks and soon-to-fail parts that could cause damage to your home or significantly increase utility bills.
AC Inspection & Tune Up
This inspection includes a tune up for all AC units and helps identify soon-to-fail parts that could cause expensive damage to your unit. We will wash the condenser coil, clean condensation drains, check refrigerant levels, check the thermostat settings and test calibration, check electrical connections, and fully inspect the unit to ensure all
components are up to date and functioning properly. We will also check all air filters throughout your home and change if needed. *MUST BE 70 DEGREES OUTSIDE FOR THE TUNE UP/INSPECTION
Heating Inspection & Tune Up
This includes a full inspection of your heating unit to help identify soon-to-fail parts that could cause expensive damage to your unit. We will test the heat pump heating mode and defrost cycle, check electrical connections, and check the thermostat and test calibration.
Grinder Pump Maintenance & Inspection
This inspection covers 9 critical points within the grinder pump system and helps identify soon-to-fail parts that could cause expensive damage to your system. It consists of testing capacity in-tank components in panel, as well as minor debris removal and tank cleaning.
Electrical Add-On / Safety Inspection
This inspection covers all key components of your home's electrical system to ensure safety and code compliance. We will inspect your breaker panel, outlets, light fixtures, smoke detectors, GFCI/AFCI devices, and surge protection systems. We will test for loose connections, signs of overheating, and check grounding and bonding to help identify soon-to-fail parts or fire hazards that could result in costly repairs or safety risks. Recommendations will be provided for any required upgrades or maintenance.
